Edit: This bug is fixed in 1.19.80.20
The bug doesn't happen anymore.
I think it is fixed.
This happened to me in my 2 year old survival world but I got my items and soawn point back after restarting the game.
This also happens in 1.20.1 with QWERTY tr keyboard layout
