In minecraft realms, I am unable to eat. I am on normal difficulty. My hunger bar is low and I am unable to restore health. I have tried pressing down for an extended amount of time as well, but I am still unable to eat.

In the video, I am holding down the right clicker of my mouse the entire time
It's not an issue with my mouse, it works for all other functions I would use my right clicker with. Also, I've tried my laptop mousepad and a different mouse as well, and I am still unable to eat. I'm not using any mods.
Hello–I am still experiencing this issue but there has been no progress on this ticket. Was it transferred to the realms project?
