Yes sometimes the particles stay when destroying spawner but it's extremly rare for reproducing this bug.

I love when developers are really inactive in the bug tracker and don't fix most important bug !

Confirmed, when I created a new wolrd and i press Alt + F3 there are extreme lag spikes
Can someone add 18w48a, 18w48b and 18w49a from the affect versions list please. I understood what can still reproduce this bug waiting 10 seconds before destroying the spawner and when you destroy the spawner the flame particles are still show. Please upgrade the ticket. And not confirmed for command generated monster spawner.
