Oh yeah, this option was active in my game and I didn't see it... sorry! :v
it seems that my problem is solved. When I turn to the mobile connection instead of Wi-Fi, the Xbox account finally sign-in!
I just got this advancement on my map and noticed the same. The text "Maybe consider staying away from villages for the time being..." should be reviewed from its description since Captain Pillagers no longer give the Bad Omen effect instantly to players, therefore, no reason to alert them since nothing would happen in the Villages until the player drinks the potion.
