Changed Description:
On both the iPhone and Windows 10 versions, the fishing rod's hook never casts but the bobber is out in the water. I can see bubbles when I'm about to get a fish, but it never moves the bobber nor does it make the sound that I got a fish. If I right click just at the right time, I can catch a fish though. Also when I cast the rod, it makes a sound like I'm casting twice. I included two screen shots, one of the rod not cast, and one with it cast.

Yes, only on realms. I tried on single player, creative and survival and I didn't have a problem. There were a ton of bubbles under the bobber, which I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that (I've only played the PC Minecraft before this) but the line is extended normally.
Checked after the update for iOS, still happening on 0.16.1
Running Windows 10 on Realms, and I can confirm they are not growing up visually but ours are also not breeding. Only the two adults will. I'm not sure if this is related or is a separate issue.
Also want to confirm that I'm not having the issue anymore as of 0.16.1. Thanks for fixing the issue!
