of one or adjacent to,causes the adjacent observer to detect an update. Named ghast, move away it despawns, name tag appears a moment later at character's feet. Happened 3 times.
Attached a couple screenshots with villager entities, showing looking at glass pane and not looking
Created video showing issue, uploaded to youtube. Issue maybe be due to villagers standing on soul sand.
