whenever I hold my mouse button and drag my crosshair towards the barrel while holding my mouse button, it will stay open, it will not bring me to the inventory screen. I would appreciate if you would fix this, but it isn't that necessary. i hope i explained this properly

Whenever i kill a hoglin on peaceful mode, the others get aggro and stutter. and then come and attack me, but without taking damage.

This only happens on a dedicated multiplayer server. and it does not affect singleplayer. I am using Android but I use many devices and it seems like this bug affects all devices.
I'm not sure what changes I have made to the server properties, so I attached the file for you
actually i just realized that if i set "server-authoritative-movement" to "client-auth" this issue occurs switching it to "server-auth" seems to fix the problem
