MCD-1741I bought MCD for the Switch, and it has oretty big lag spikes, during loading screens, cutscenes (the first one I had to rewatch, as upon starting the game, its audio was asynchronous with the video), and even during gameplay.
The image just freezes (the mobs don't move either, at least, so I don't get hit), and after between 2 and 5 seconds, it continues like nothing happened.
