I don't know what symless synergy is and no I don't Minecraft is basically the only thing on my PC
it seems to be fixed i downloaded an alternate download of the Minecraft launcher now I don't have this problem though I would still like some comments on how to fix this some other way in case it happens again

How do I fix this? and how come it only happens on versions other than the latest release? Actually that makes me think its more of a minecraft problem since the mouse works perfectly fine on versions other than than the latest release. The problem actually occurs on every mouse I have, so I'm like 90% sure it is a minecraft problem.

Yo turns out the "bug" is just an issue with versions that do not have raw input as an option. That's literally it, don't know how I didn't think about it sooner.
yup the java game, uh I don't know the settings I use on my mouse, I just plugged it in. As far as I'm aware in windows settings disabled enhance pointer precision also works in removing the bug, not sure tho
Oh yeah, it's the same on every mouse, I tried this back then and tried it just now, still the same.
