Found an ocean monument, and a guardian started targeting me with its beam. After I killed it, the sound the beam makes was still looping. The only way I could get it to stop was reloading the world.
having this problem in 1.14 as well, hopefully it gets fixed soon!
this bug isn't resolved or fixed so i'm not sure why this page says so (unless I'm not understanding something, I just joined this site for this issue)
