Sometimes when a hopper is facing into a chest in front of it (horizontally), and you have a hopper below it, the expected outcome is that the items flow to the bottom hopper, this is usually the case although sometimes it goes to the chest. I assume this is a bug as it hasn't worked like that before, and it seems inconsistent.

(It may take a while of inputting items through the hoppers, as well it may be due to lag.)
When entities go into minecarts, sometimes they clip into the ground or they can float above the minecart while still riding it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have an impulse command block with this code on a 10 tick clock
- execute at @e[type=villager,dz=-1,dx=-1,dy=1] run summon minecraft:minecart ^ ^ ^
2. In front of the command block have a powered rail facing down like a ramp.
3. place a villager 2 blocks above the rail falling onto the rail.
4. The villager has a chance of being misaligned.
When I open the new launcher which has released, if I press play, it comes to the game loading screen but freezes and cannot proceed any further then says it has crashed when I try and load it again, but I cannot see the crash report. This hasn't happened before on the older Minecraft launcher, is it possible to change to the older launcher which was more reliable?

Whenever I try and change back to the older version it says I gotta restart the launcher but it stays the same and repeats that message.

Edit: This actually happens on the older version as well, just tried it.
When you have a dolphin in a block of water with air above it, when a player nearby is in creative, survival, or adventure mode, the dolphin will grab air every now and then.
However, if everyone in the local area is in spectator mode, it does not go to get air and then it eventually dies.
You can check this by putting a dolphin into the block of water and waiting in creative mode using the "/data get entity [Dolphin's uuid] Air" command and you will see it replenishes.
Then go into spectator mode and do the same command and you will see it will only go downwards until it dies.

This is a recreation of an issue reported on a modified client, tested, and continues to be a bug on a vanilla client.

Yeah I seem to have the exact same problem here
OMG very thank you moderator note person, you saved my minecraft
I stayed in spectator mode for the 4 minutes of air they have when under water and it died from asphyxiation. However, if I wait 3 minutes in spectator mode then go into creative mode it will almost immediately go up for air.
