As i said, it does not output any logs, all i can say is the last (and only) thing that shows up on the progress bar is "Unpacking ...0209-natives-windows.jar". I have already repaired the launcher, reinstalled Java, deleted the .minecraft folder and none of these seem to accomplish anything.

It's certainly not Intel driver related, i've uninstalled the drivers, i do not use integrated graphics anymore. The game doesn't even open, as it says in the title. Not resolved.

I have the same issue, added my launcher_log.txt too.
