Sun appears to be bigger if you look at it from the south rather than looking at it directly, or from the north. I have provided an example in the screenshots of looking at both sides near it.
You can reproduce it as well: shift your crosshair from the northern part to the southern, and notice how it stays being large while you look at the south of it.
Sun is not scaling properly while looking at it from different angles

You guys do realize that you are trying to play multiplayer on a different versions of MCPE/Win10E. Just wait til MCPE 0.16 comes out for iOS.

Its not a bug. It literally warned you about disabling achivements and there is nothing wrong with it.
