I don't use hosting pages, I use my own server and I downloaded the BDS from the official minecraft page.
I already tried with version 1.20.1 of the BDS and that error happens.
When users enter the whitelist from the console, it works fine, but when I turn off the server and if any of those users did not enter and I turn it back on, it does not let them enter even if they are still on the whitelist.
Also after turning the server off and on and adding someone else to the whitelist, the whitelist is completely deleted to add the new user.
The BDS has already been reinstalled, I have created a new whitelist, I have already done everything that can occur to them and can and when you close the server and activate it again the whitelist stops working and even restarts when writing to a new user when there were already users
