Collision box shows the average height of the head of a cat is beneath the surface of water when they are swimming.

I think this issue worth reopening as a bug.
It's inconsistent that wardens resist damage from lava but cannot resist damage from water. Further more it's more likely a software-engineering problem than intentional behavior, that drowning is the default action. This is the same that slimes used to behave the same, which is fixed later in development.
