@jag That crash report is for modded 1.7.10; we don't support older versions and modded versions on this tracker (and IIRC 1.7.10 doesn't have structure blocks either), and even then doesn't seem to be related to this specific issue (from the crash) - this is related to malformed NBT data; that's somewhere in the rendering process. Contact the Galacticraft developer; they'll probably be able to help.
If you attached the wrong crash report, that's fine, just get the right one and I'll take a quick look and see if it's this issue or another one.
