Submitting with cleaned out Minecraft. This crash happens only on launcher at game start. The crash happens 70-80% of the time. If the game starts however, while chunks load, I can still walk around but the mouse movement is frozen for a second or two.

Added Game Crash Report as requested by Kumasasa.
Updated crash report (forced with F3+C) after installing the graphic drivers. Now the game crashes only when I load worlds, but not on game launch. If I do load up into the world its very choppy when the wold loads and throughout gameplay.
