I have the same problem too on Xbox One.
Just watched your video. Where your door says press X mine says press A. I have pressed every button, even rolled off a cliff and respawned and I still can't get through the door.

FYI: I also couldn't go back to the dungeon as the bars/forcefield was up.
Not sure if it makes any difference but I killed all the illagers (3 or 4 ?) on the path almost instantly because I had just drank a strength potion.
