Today I tried making a witch farm
In my testing world, I made a trident killer with a lighting rod
The first and last lightning bolts convert villagers to witches while all of the bolts in between don'tSteps to reproduce:
1) Make a trident killer(if you don't know how, search on google)
2) Put a lightning rod with a channeling trident on top
3) Activate the trident killer
4) Spawn villagersExpected results:
Villagers get turned to witches by lightning and get damagedActual results:
Villagers remain as villagers and also don't take damage from the lightning.

I'm pretty sure that it's intended

Pretty sure this works as intended.
Although hard to understand from your text, I figured out what you said
This doesn't seem like a bug
You can also have lag because of:
The world may be laggy because of structures around the world, entities and all other sort of stuff.
You may be very far from the world spawn(1000+ blocks) lag may also occur
Or, if none of those are the case, it may just be that your phone can't handle the game
Not a bug
You fell through the block, the cobweb caught you and held you while the block also got pushed back
