Every world, regardless of what's in it, has a weird lagging issue. Players move fine. But all other entities move extremely slow. Redstone is very slow. Command blicks have a delay. Even if I create a new flat world, and place nothing on it, this still happens. I am on Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.14.2.51 (latest beta release), using a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9.
This is now occuring on my Xbox One.
Are you using the same minecraft version? If not, be sure to use the same version.
Your setup is not correct. Furnaces take fuel (such as coal) from the sides (including the front and back), and ingredients (such as raw iron) from the top. Your ingredients hopper seems to run into the back of the furnace, which is incorrect. Change it so the hopper is on the top of the furnace, not on the back.
I am experiencing the same issue. Only my head is able to go through the blocks, and I do not take suffocation damage. Its only after landing with an elytra, and it stops when I leave the world, enter a bed, change dimensions, die, or swim.
I am having the same issue
The problem was not fixed for me. I only started happening recently, only after the game updated to v1.14.60.5.
Yes
"/gamerule sendcommandfeedback" only affects commands executed by players. For commands executed through command blocks, you will need to use "/gamerule commandblockoutput".

Realms are not available for beta releases. The game must be updated to the latest public release. If you are not playing on a beta version, I dont know what the problem is.
