This is not a terrain bug, it's a rendering glitch
The nether reactor has been removed from the inventory in creative mode, you can not give you it with /give, and you can not place it with /setblock.
i have not the original world, i tried to remake it but the bug not happend

I think this is not a bug, because mojang added this.
Oops, i have not a Video, and i have a new Nintendo Switch bcause the old breaked. The World is gone. 😦
Interessing, i tried to start the launcher and The Bug NOT happend, i restarted it and it works fine. But why. I can play now normally, all is ok.
I fixed this with reinstalling the launcher.
