It functioned in all versions of minecraft I have ever used until 14w11b, so it's a bug.
Changed Description:
Whenever I try to launch the game, it just crashes. This has happened since I updated, rendering the game unplayable. I have checked this on my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.1, and will check my laptop to see if it happens there as well.
Update : So I restarted my phone and that fixed it, but this should still be looked at as a bug in my opinion, as other users are reporting similar things on reddit.
By head, I mean I gave them my head and it displays as a Steve head.
I have also noticed that this bug makes my screen name "invalid", and I can't join servers. Also, it appears that when I deleted characters, I deleted 3 when only 2 were there, so I deleted the cursor.
