With the latest addition of the slime block, people have managed to design "flying" machines or self propelled machines that will keep moving once the loop is started. The current bug that is evident with them seems to deal with piston movement. It happens in both creative and survival mode.
A player that is on the machine can get randomly kicked off by clipping through the block they are held on. Clipping through seems to be more encouraged by moving around while on the contraption.
The first picture shows the basic device on the right (someone on forums introduced it). The left is a buildup I made to make the machine easily stoppable (by breaking or placing the sand block).
The last photo shows that I am clipping partially through the floor (on the front of the device). This partial clipping pulsates every time the piston moves the player (which can seem normal), but it may randomly drop the player entirely through the block that is stood on.
I apologize for not having a video to show, but the bug is easily re-creatable through the pictures shown.
Edit: I forgot to mention about the basic design-the two blocks facing in the direction the machine is supposed to go are normal pistons. The one piston that is facing in the other direction is a sticky piston.
floor clipping also immediately occurs for other mobs
:ignore this comment, it is most likely a duplicate as I tested it in a previous version (1.7.9) as well and mobs still clip through the floor pushed by a piston

"Flying" Piston Machine: random floor clipping when being pushed alongPlayer entity randomly falls when standing on moving blocks
When player entities are standing on blocks moved by pistons, they may randomly fall through the floor when the piston is pushing blocks. It is more consistent when the player is pushed by a block from a piston as well.
To replicate
1. Use the machine shown in the pictures below
2. stand on the slime block, and press the button in the backI apologize for the length of my previous report. I hope this helps in isolating this particular bug.

Any entity other than the player consistently falls through blocks being pushed by pistons. This also includes immobile entities such as dropped items and derailed mine carts. The only unaffected entity was the spider.
To replicate
1. Use the machine showed below.
2. Place the entity on the slime block
3. Press the button in the back. The entity should fall through the floor.Sometimes certain entities may not fall, but it will typically fall through the block it was standing on.
Note for 1.7.10, replace the slime blocks with stone, the bug exists in this version as well, and was most likely in other previous versions.

That comment was on an entirely different "bug" if it is one, I just deleted it.
This is a simpler machine that can be used to replicate the bug.
Stand on the slime block, and press the button several times, and the player should clip through the floor eventually.
