Minecraft is v1.16.100 Bedrock, in Realm.
BUG:
When attempting to remove various blocks out of a chest that is placed under a furnace/hopper setup, blocks automatically jump back into chest as they are placed into player inventory.
So far, i have only encountered this on my Realm, I have not tested if it exists in a local game.
Attached is a small video showing the issue, and a photo showing the setup I am using.
Any other chest functions as normal.

Update #2: This issue seems to have automatically corrected itself when playing in my realm. Hopper chest is working normally again.
Realms v1.19.50 keeps booting/disconnecting any users after a small amount of time regardless of how many players are in map. can sometimes get up to 10 minutes of gameplay, but a disconnection will force all mined blocks/actions done to be reverted back to original state.
Before Disconnect, world will lag, sounds mute, block interactions cease.
If picked up quick enough, can sometimes 'save and quit' before actual player disconnection, but this should not be necessary with the whole autosave functions.
Generally between 1 and 5 players on 10 player realm.
No special behaviour/texture packs.
Problem has only started since updating to v1.19.50
Have tried backing up realm map, then uploading it to server again, same problem.
No command blocks are being used. No ticking areas set. No scoreboards used.
THIS IS ALSO HAPPENING ON V1.19.51 (latest update)

No there is none of those being used.
it just sounds like ur friend needs to run an update for their side of the realm.
Here is something funny.
I have done a small alteration since having these crashes.
First, a small explanation.
I have NBN wireless connection, with extra modem..
I have a tplink router connected via cable to this modem, in lan port 2 on modem, and lan1 on router.
I changed the router so it handles addressing (dhcp), but is configured as an AP (Access Point) instead of its normal router function.
This is possible on a TL-WR841N quite easily as it has a specific option to convert it as such.
I can now run all 4 simultaneous minecraft connections with the family at once, with no crashing.. admittedly, it does stutter occasionally-mainly when loading new chunk groups.
But I have not had a single crash as of yet, and that was with testing it for 3hrs continuous!
Fingers crossed for the small win- i will update when we can test the 4 home network, and 1-2 external player connections.
