Sometimes, when playing on my Lenovo P53 with external Monitor, MCD suddenly drops to 10-20 FPS, while fully loading the Quadro RTX 5000 GPU. Restarting the game does not help, Restarting the PC helps.
Windows Power slider is set to either Better or best performance, makes no difference.
It could be a Lenovo Power mgmt Issue though, no idea how to diagnose that

It could be a Lenovo Power mgmt Issue though, no idea how to diagnose that. EDIT: I am sure it is, probably nothing than can be done here. Fans did not ramp up, low frequency cap was probably causing the high load.
