Thanks, but that is not the issue. I have had this account for YEARS. There is no receipt. This was the Minecraft Windows edition. When I attempted to gain access to the account it forced me to migrate. Upon completing the migration I am left with only the demo version unless I buy a completely new copy of the game. I can't access any of my saves, I can't access my server. The only option is to play the demo version.
