Yes! I was able to reproduce it in vanilla, I uploaded a new crash report.
As Minerdomera stated, there's a different data value for the brewing stand item that you need to spawn instead of the actual brewing stand block.
Sorry, I'm unable to, and Minecraft won't work on my java 7 computer.
