In my friend's realm, I went down into my mine (about 128 blocks from the Stronghold), normal 1x1 block stair (not stair blocks) down to the bottom , at level 8 or 9, with water running from the top and ending at the end of my staircase. My controller died and I wasn't able to rescue my character in the meantime so I suffocated and ended up at my respawning point.
Within the next 30 seconds I immediately went back down to the end of the staircase and all I was able to find was my helmet and pants, all of my other items:pickaxes, building materials, scaffolding and precious items were lost. I then went back to the house (another minute back up the stairs) I grabbed a pickaxe and a pail to retrieve the water and dig around to see if my items got pressed into a wall. I was not able to find anything. To my knowledge, there was no lava or anything else that could have destroyed all my items in the few minutes I was gone. I am certain that I was able to get back to the chunk within the limited amount of time before items despawn.
This is happening on a bedrock realm. The zombie spawner has a piston circuit to turn the lights on and off with a sea lantern. In the past, versions 1.8-1.11, the light source worked exactly the way it was supposed to. However, when the bug in 1.11 that allowed mobs to spawn in all light levels, we thought the issue would be fixed.
Currently, the lantern sits 1 block below the spawner with a 1 block air gap between the spawner and the light source. When there is no water running between the spawner and the sea lantern, the spawner responds correctly. However, when I place water in the zone to push zombies through an xp grinder (with the light still ON), the spawner spits out zombies, 1 at a time so its not all 4 zombies at once.
I don't want to change the design if I can help it because other solutions won't be as aesthetic.
EDIT: I have placed sea lanterns TOUCHING the spawner and there are still zombies appearing. From what I can tell, this is only a problem with the zombies. I have a skeleton spawner and spider spawner that respond to the correct light levels.
I found this tonight on our Xbox realm and made sure it was repeatable. By placing a campfire below some hostile mobs and hitting them with your fire aspect 2 sword, you end up lighting the campfire and can easily kill the rest of the mobs quickly. In the clip the zombies have already fallen so they are at a 1-hit kill but I feel like the campfire shouldn't light up this way.
I tested to see if the campfire can be lit with just hitting with the sword and it does not, so the only way to light a campfire this way is if a mob is standing on it.I have not tested this on any beta so I cannot confirm if this has been fixed in a future update or bot.

Edit: ignore what is written above, found out this is actually a feature on wiki page but I dont know how to delete report
@Krista Johnson Welcome to the club. Unbreaking III + Mending Elytra and full max level enchanted Diamond gear. It was a sad day.

I've been having the same issue in a Multiplayer Realm 1.9 already released (Xbox Better together version). I revisited the End and threw my Ender Pearl into the gateway, I was going to map the islands I was going to visit. I saw on my level 4 map (in my offhand) teleporting me between two locations and I thought I would be able to go through but I found myself suffocating and I "fell out of the world," obviously losing all my gear and loot.
@Brian Green I also lost all that too as well as an Ender Chest
This exact issue is happening to me as well on my bedrock realm! It doesn't matter if I'm accessing it on my Android phone or on my Xbox One. If I try to quick craft items, my input blocks and the output blocks both become air. I can get around the problem by crafting items one at a time in the stonecutter without a problem. My game, similar to the original video, leaves a stack of 63 items but will glitch, quickly show 64 on the stack and then jumps back to 63 and any additional quick crafting will just disappear into thin air.
Logging back in and out of the game doesn't resolve the problem either.
Still happening on 1.12.0 on xbox one and android
Also happening on Windows 10 - xbox and also android too
Same bug on Xbox one realm
I'm having the same problem on Xbox One realm. I don't know if it was Bedrock specific, but I have always been able to craft dispensers using damaged bows but you had to craft them manually (not in the recipe book) but now there isn't even an output. If you have to craft unused bows, what's the point of collecting damaged bows then?
Can you please change all your titles on your bug reports? It doesn't help when you have to individually click "another bug found" to see what the bug is!
This is still happening in 1.13.1
