Tall Grass, Ferns and Vines Biome Hue transitions aren't smooth like Grass Blocks.

When you right click and hold for 2 seconds when placing blocks or entities then you'll start to place blocks/entities constantly and unexpectedly after 2 seconds.
Whenever I place blocks, sometimes it spams that block I placed even though I didn't click for that long to place them. It's really frustrating and has been happening since 1.6.2 Pre-Release and is still happening even in 1.6.2 Release.
The only way I can stop the auto spamming of blocks is if I press Esc. It's really infuriating that I can't just place blocks without hassle.

I get this problem too, it's really annoying! I can't even build without accidentally auto-breaking. This needs to be fixed.
Issue should be deleted, realised it's a duplicate.
