On the new minecraft launcher, when I hit the green play button, it loads but minecraft doesn't come up and when I try to click play again, it already says minecraft is open
*What I expected to happen was that the minecraft game was going to load so I can play singleplayer, multiplayer etc.
*What actually happened was I clicked play, the green bar loaded but nothing opened even after a very long time and I try to click play again, but it says it is already opened. Even in task manager I cant find minecraft.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click and open the minecraft launcher
2. click the green play button at the bottom of the screen

Rather that, or the game loads but freezes when it says mojang or sometimes I'm playing and it freezes and crashes. If I click play even if minecraft is loaded, it just freezes and crashes after a bit.Steps to Reproduce:

3. click the green play button at the bottom of the screen
4. it does not load
5. reload launcher and click play button with any version
6. says that minecraft is already open
7. click continue
8. it will load for a bit and then freeze and crash
