When adding custom fonts (the default8.png file) that is larger than 128x128 pixels, the game will load it correctly, but then after about 3-10 seconds the game will put large amounts of spacing between letters. (See the attached screenshots).
It should load fine and have no spaces, but somehow it puts large spaces between the letters. This has been reproduced all on my iPad, Samsung Galaxy S6, and Windows 10 PC. The screenshots were on Windows 10.
If you would like to reproduce this:
1. Make a new texture pack.
2. Add a default8.png file larger than 128x128 pixels (I used 256x256 in the screenshots) and put it in the fonts folder.
3. Load the game and watch what happens.I'm trying to port Faithful 32x and this keeps happening to me.
Also, some useful information: This bug never seemed to happen in the first 0.16.0 beta, when the resource pack formats were different.
Update: This issue is no longer present in the current 1.1.0.1 Beta. It's fixed.

Installing resource packs higher than the 64x resolution (64x, 128x, etc.) will result in the blocks becoming very blurry in the inventory on the Windows 10 Edition. This can make it very hard to distinguish different types of similar blocks (see attached screenshots).
This only seems to happen with blocks. The items are easily recognizable and not blurry.
This only happens on the Windows 10 Edition, not the pocket edition.
It only happens in the Inventory and Hotbar. Holding the block will show the normal block.
To reproduce this issue:
1. Download a 64x or 128x resource pack (like this one: http://www.mediafire.com/file/vruehu6pucwupm8/faithful64rev5hotfix.mcpack)
2. Install the mcpack file and load the Windows 10 Edition of the game.
3. Create or load a world and observe the blurry blocks. Many people have told me about the issue, and it can be very annoying trying to find the correct block.

Now invalid. Read bold text at the top.
In the latest beta build, if you jump while sprinting, you will stop sprinting and start to walk.
What I expected to happen:
After I jump, I keep sprinting as normal. What actually happened:
After I jump while sprinting, the sprint stops and turns into a walk.Tested on a Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 7.0 Nougat.
In previous versions of the game, if you sprint and jump, you will keep sprinting. It gets very annoying to "resprint" in this beta build.
Edit:
Additionally, whenever the player is falling, they are unable to sprint as well. When sprinting off a block, it will turn into a walk.
Also, it happens in Adventure, Creative, and Survival modes.

On custom resource packs other than the resolution 16x16, sea pickle block textures break.
The model displays completely incorrectly, and is quite annoying for creating custom packs.
This issue does not seem to affect the latest 1.5 beta, yet this bug occurs only on all of the 1.4.x releases.
The image was taken on my
LG V30 phone, but I have experienced this bug on myWindows 10 PC, iPad, and Android tablet as well.
The attached images are (in order) what the sea pickle looks like broken, what it should look like (i.e. the vanilla unmodified texture), and the raw image I am using that breaks the model.

Partner Rank: 3 (Normal)
Partner Team Reporting: Oreville Studios
Verification builds: 1.19.10.03_rc2
Summary:
Some blocks that can be waterlogged render incorrectly when in water. Sea grass will cause surface water to disappear and render the grass, barrier blocks will render regardless of gamemode, and stairs that are waterlogged overlay the water texture. This issue did not occur in 1.19.2.
Impact:
This bug affects content in development and likely other live content from other partners on the store. This also affects vanilla gameplay, as sea grass in shallow water can cause water to render wrong. While there is no impact to gameplay, it does cause areas with lots of water and foilage to look worse overall which may impact player perception of the content.
Repro Steps:
- Download the attached world in 1.19.10.
- Load into the world and observe the issue.
Observed Results:
Incorrect rendering of waterlogged blocks.
Expected Results:
Waterlogged blocks are rendered without issue (can be verified by loading the world in 1.19.2).
Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes (see screenshots)

Can also confirm. Galaxy S6 on Android 6.0.1 using Gboard. Affects 1.0.5 beta.
Edit: also happens when using the stock Samsung Keyboard.
This issue seems to be fixed in the latest PE beta.
As far as I can tell, this bug occurs on most iOS devices and 32 bit/low end Android devices (like the Moto G 1st Gen).
This bug still seems to happen on the 1st 1.2 beta (1.2.0.2) on lower end Android devices
Still occurs on 1.2.0.11 (beta 4) on lower end/32 bit Android devices. Additionally it still occurs on 1.1.5 on most iOS devices and the devices just said.
This has been an ongoing issue that I would really like to see addressed in the near future. It can get very annoying moving the cursor across the screen to get to items.
All Windows 10 versions 0.12.0 - 1.13 beta are impacted.
I would love to see this get more attention, please update the versions impacted.
Please consider re-opening this. The game needs a proper fix. Simply changing the mipmapping level can cause other issues.
Still an issue in 1.16.0.66 beta. Attempting to change the colormap to the correct color will also cause normal forest grass to appear as roofed forest grass.
This issue seems to be related to numeric IDs of items in bedrock edition. For example, in 1.16.200 the iron axe (what the item in the chest is supposed to be) has the ID 298. The problem is that the leather cap also has the ID 298 at the same time. Items currently have two numeric IDs, so the game gets confused and places a leather cap This is a direct result of changing the item IDs in 1.16.100, and is also a massive problem with UI, where using the item renderer to render one item can show two different items at the same time.
