I just updated my old 1.16.5 world to 1.18 and then I haven't stopped seeing these random dark spots in all my world, It happens in random chunks and near a perimeter I mined.
I already tried optimizing my world into 1.18 and erasing cache option( if that does something idk)I just updated my old 1.16.5 world to 1.18 and then I haven't stopped seeing these random dark spots in all my world, It happens in random chunks and near a perimeter I mined.

crash-2020-05-29_12.04.24-client.txt

This is not a bug, I removed the wood of artificially and natural jungle trees (even jungle leaves placed by myself) and in ALL cases they dropped jungle sapling, Please do not report a bug unless you're pretty sure it is.
This doesn't happen on my game, sorry
I can confirm too
Totally agree, it seems like that bug when the mesa biome generates cut off by water on rivers and oceans next to it. Totally unfair and ugly looking. Must be fixed
omg please someone fix this is so annoying
so there will not be an attempt to fix it?
I cannot upload my world it is 4gb in size thats too much for here
thank you, im not the only one (phew) I hope more people comment to see if we get a response
Of course, I found a chunk with this error again I attach some screenshots and the crash report
