I forgot to mention that I died from lava.(I don't know how helpful that is)
I had recently placed a new bed, then (as I sometimes do) I tested out the new spawn by dying from lava. When I respawned, I was falling into a world filled with water.
What I thought would happen:
I would die then respawn on/near my bed.What actually happened:
