When i joined a 0.12.1 server, i see that almost everyone has my same skin. (note:I'm not using skins from skin packs, I created my own skin.)

When i joined a 0.12.1 server, i see that almost everyone has my same skin. (note:I'm not using skins from skin packs, I created my own skin.)also, the players name will not show up if they have my skin.(as if, the game readd that they are me.)
Steps to reproduce.
1.Join any server
2.log in.(if you need to log in)
3.look at the player list.
as you can see, you cant see some players that ive taken picture of. i checked the player list too

this is intentional. they intentionally made the chests dont open in creative.
well, my own custom skin. It also happens to other users.
also, i cant provide screenshots as my tablet is cheap.
Confirmed bug. Found this while spawning snow golems at build 13.
