What I expected
Piston would do nothing.
What actually happened
The Piston extendedTo re-create the bug:
1. Take anynon-transparentblock and place it anywhere.
2. Place a redstone torch on top of said block.
3. Place either a normal Piston, a sticky Piston, or a Dispenser next to the placed block, not next to the redstone torch.And vióla, that's how you replicate it.

EDIT * Block can be either transparent or solid.
Huh, quite odd. Just like magic it's fixed. I'm not quite sure how to reproduce this problem, I think it may be the fact that I ran a server and played Mc at the same time. I'll attempt to recreate the problem tomorrow.
Hrm, no dice it appears. The problem seems to have been fixed all by itself. And just to clarify, it was an error, not a crash. And answering Ymus' question: it was all of the /scoreboard teams commands. I'm guessing that this was just some sort of 1 st - run bug of some sort. It's working normally now.
