Launcher Crashes everytime I close the game
If there is a waterlogged 'pane' block. The game will be concider the water part to be a part of the actual hitbox.

Every time I try to run Minecraft the game crashes before the games output log can write anything down. This is also the case for crash reports, the crash report .txt file doesn't appear. I can run my game fine with optifine or any other mod. But the vanilla version just doesn't seem to start up.
EDIT:
I added the launcher_log.txt and the latest.log to the ticket.
But remember: My game was NOT modded in any sort of way when I tried to launch 1.13
This is not the case for lower versions it appears

EDIT:
I think I found out what the bug is. It only happens when I click the 'Latest Release' button. I tried launching 1.13 via a diffrent profile and that seems to launch it perfectly fine!
