If someone runs a LAN server, and then you see the server in the Multiplayer menu, then you join it. You get bored, so you quit. Go back into the Multiplayer menu, and then wait for the person to close the server. It is still there, so you try to delete it, and then it crashes with a crash log. There is an example of this crash.
EDIT: Actully, you have to join the server AND THEN click "Back to title screen" to be able to delete it!
Here's the screenshot BTW.

Windows NT Workstation 6.11 Enterprise (JK, it's really Windows 7 SP1) (don't tell me to try Windows 8!), Outdated Java (IDK what version it is), cluttered desk, and probably some more stuff you don't care about, like I have an Acer Aspire 5552-3691.

Alright! Alright! Deleting this!
BTW: will there be a version where it will only be for ops and up in the creative inventory? If anybody else under OP level clicked on it, then a message would say "We're sorry, but the Command Block is unavailable for your level."? And if it was a LAN server, then only the LAN owner would be able to access it? And premium singleplayer users would be able to access it? And Demo users will not be able to use it or access it?
To Mod: Did you read the crash report?
Oh, that was a feature request, not an actual bug request.
YAY! A GOOGLE-BOMB! No, really. Search "acer aspire 5552-3691" on Google Images.
