I don't really know how I produced this bug but I guess you can blow up Smooth Sandstone and wait for a zombie to hold it. It isn't easy to reproduce this.I was blowing up a village at night, and I expected a zombie to not hold anything (unless they had armor).

You can repetitively spawn a zombie egg on a drop of a block or item and sooner or later the zombie will be holding it.
Oh. I guess I completely forgot how to use these command blocks. Lol. Sorry for the trouble.
