MCPE-124022Some items cant be picked up after death and respawn
I died from fall damage and I was unable to pick up some of my items. Most of my items were able to be picked up but some weren't able to be picked up after walking over them several times. These items eventually despawned. Items not able to be picked up included diamond pickaxe, diamond chestplate, and rails.

I'm having this issue even after 1.21.41 hotfix. I used a world editor to delete chunks to access a nearby trial chamber and new generation is being replaced with Ocean biome and and behaving like an Ocean biome in certain areas.
Still an issue as of 10/24/2024 for Xbox
