When placing lily pads in water, it sometimes creates another lily pad next to it that doesn't drop anything when broken. In the first picture, there are 2 lily pads (one normal and the other on glitched) and only one of them drop the lily pad.

When you are swimming then you go into a bed, you slightly clip inside the bed before quickly going back to the normal sleeping animation.

If you enter the bed, you can see yourself exit the swimming animation before going through the bed and finally teleporting back on top of the bed.
