i have had this happen before very annoying but i was breaking a block and got kicked off line and i came back on line and the block breaking animation was still there so i signed out once more and it was all fixed it never happened again.
this is very annoying bug but its a temporary fix save and quit and come back and it will go away if it don't then its much more serious then i thought.
