Minecraft Lancher can not download from https://libraries.minecraft.net. Also my custom launcher can not download from this url too.
When you try to download libraries from official minecraft (maven?) repository (https://libraries.minecraft.net), you got this error:

Название: netty-all-4.1.25.Final.jar Адрес: https://libraries.minecraft.net/io/netty/netty-all/4.1.25.Final/netty-all-4.1.25.Final.jar Информация об ошибке: Failed to connect to libraries.minecraft.net port 443: Connection refused Файл на диске: netty-all-4.1.25.Final.jar Путь: C:\Users\ADMIN\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\io\netty\netty-all\4.1.25.Final\netty-all-4.1.25.Final.jar Существует: NonexistentIf you want to download this library (and other libraries too) from browser directly, you got this error:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSEDI am Russian and live in Russia, but I think this isn't my problem, because I can connect to this and other sites.
Problem is fixed now.
