I like this feature. I think they should keep it.
I have noticed that the pointed dripstone changes water color when the dripstone is out of the water while waterlogged. This is very similar to the small dripleaf bug where that changes water color. I can't provide a screenshot because I play on Xbox.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place pointed dripstone underwater.
2.Build on top of the pointed dripstone until it goes out of the waterObserved Results:
The water color is not the same as the water around it.Expected Results:
It should not change water color.

Why is this still not being fixed?
How is this modified and how do you know it is?
This affects 1.16.220.50 as well.
Are you sure the PC does not have any problems? It might not have anything to do with the graphics card.
I noticed this as well. I hope they can fix this soon.
That same item appears as a nameless item in the inventory area in creative. I am assuming it might be a placeholder block or item?
Did you turn tile drops off?
Affects 1.17.0.54
Fixed in 1.17.0.52
I think this is intended, Java might not have this yet.

UPDATE: This seems to only happen in dark areas. I have not seen this happen on the surface. Try going into an aquifer to try this.
I kind of liked this bug because it is more realistic to the real world. Bees and wasps can go pretty fast in the real world.
Oh right, how foolish of me. It was off the whole time, don't know why it turned off by default. Thank you!!
Fixed in latest beta, as stated in changelog: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-beta-1-18-0-22
Still affects 1.18.10.21
I feel like this should be reopened. I am experiencing the issue for Step 2 of 2 - Importing Content. It is stuck on 0%
