Hi. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or intended purpose, but as I don't have a microsoft account, i can only post here anyway.
The Stone cutter has a spinning blade on top. In my mind, it should harm any entity that walks on it. This may not be a bug, but either way it makes sense to implement it.

Changed Description:
I've noticed that villagers will stick like glue to the corners of their houses, without going inside, even during the night-time, which could spell disaster for the villagers. I found one who was just standinding there, not even near a house! This has been a bug for ages, since before I joined Minecraft.
