In my world I have some villagers that are made with commands. They have names, custom heads, custom trades and other tags. I found a EXACT duplicate once. Exact same trades, head, profession etc.

On 12-3-16, I found 3 of the same villager. Exact same.

On 12-3-16, I found 3 of the same villager. Exact same. It duplicated pretty fast becuase I teleport them sometimes.

I only spawned the villager once. It has happened multiple times. The most recent one took a month or so for it to duplicate.
It happened in 1.9 too.
is this problem fixed?
This has happened on many villages i've played. It is not unique to this world. I have tested it on brand new worlds.
Is this issue still being worked on?
