A Fatal Error stops the first launcher from starting when you open two or more in a short period of time (0-1 second intervals).
This error appears just after the starting launcher message during the initial launcher syntax display.
The attached is the syntax shown when this error occurs.
I apologize if this bug has already been reported, but I couldn't find it in my brief glance over the recently reported launcher bugs.
