Using the /tp command to teleport to random x and z coordinates to locations that have not yet had their chunks created can occasionally make the player "fall", and the ending Y coordinate ends up being less than the Y provided in the teleport command, often placing the player underground and causing suffocation. Through my testing, this only occurs when teleporting to chunks that have not been created (as opposed to not loaded), though more testing may need done to see for sure.
Still confirmed with the latest released version. Also agree with the empty hand - You should be able to repeatedly break grown sugarcane by holding down the mouse (Windows 10), but instead it needs clicked for each individual sugarcane.
For a diamond shovel: The problem occurs at Efficiency III and above. (Sand, Gravel, Dirt affected). Efficiency levels don't show noticeable speed improvement.
For a diamond pickaxe: Levels of efficiency don't seem to have any noticeable speed improvement per level. Efficiency II and above has a similar problem with Netherrack.
