Myself and a few friends have been failing to join the server for the past 45 minutes or so.. Server status still shows the realm as an 'Open Realm"

come on Mojang, 2+ hours since the issue's been reported and still no response from support... We're in 2019 ffs surely with all the technology around us we could get faster support time especially since realms is a monthly subscription...
