When you put two minecarts directly next to each other, so that they are compressing each other (see picture below), and break the rails beneath them they will make a noise as if they are riding around on a track.

I can confirm that this still working in 1.5.1.
You need two leashes.
Confirmed fixed in the latest mini update.
Why is this closed as a duplicate? That bug report says 13w18c. Not even close to 1.6.2., therefore this is still a valid report. As far as the site goes, that was fixed a long time ago, so this will get Mojang's attention.
Sorry, the results were so broad and outdated, I had to search for only 1.6.2 bugs.
I have attached the same pack that gives me the error, in 1.6.2.
