so i am confused because there is a bug where axolotls and glow squids are spawning in the oceans and rivers not the caves, and they spawn even if there is no cave nearby the ocean. It has been marked on another discussion about it as "works as intended", so does that mean this is intentional because if so it shouldnt be. It completely ruins the oceans in the games and is not something that seems like it should be intentional.
and dont redirect me please to @Dukielka cause you didnt fix the problem from his bug report on this same bug
and no this is not fixed because it is still happening in the oceans of my world literally right now on 21w19a

i am told that this issue is solved and they closed my discussion on the exact same subject but its not fixed so what the heck is going on is this on purpose?
if is working as intended, then they have completely ruined the game's oceans. Nothing spawns anymore but tons and tons of axolotls and glow squids, drowneds are never around, and dolphins dont spawn. junk litters the ocean from all the axolotls killing everything, so glow ink sacs and things are everywhere. This nightmare is intentional? Come on mojang seriously?
...
what do you think or higher means...
ive tried with 1.19.4 as well but ok i guess ill just remake the issue cause this doesnt help at all
